St. Augustine''s College emerge as hockey champions
Cape Coast, Nov. 5, GNA - St. Augustine''s College bagged nine points to lift the Zone Three hockey trophy in the Central Region Schools and Colleges hockey competition held at the Mfantsipim Secondary School sports grounds on Friday. The St. Augustine''s lads went on rampage by beating Oguaa Secondary Technical 3-0, University Practice Secondary School 3-1, Mfantsipim Secondary 1-0 but lost 0-2 to Saltpond Methodist High School.

Methodist High school took the second position with eight points after they also beat Oguaa Secondary Technical 2-0, St. Augustine''s College 2-0 and drew 1-1 with Mfantsipim Secondary and University Practice Secondary School. In the Girls division, Holy Child emerged the champions with 10 points after they beat Wesley Girls High School 1-0, Saltpond Methodist High School 2-0, University Practice Secondary School 1-0 and drew one all with Oguaa Secondary Technical.
