OPASS wins Rural Banks'' week quiz
Koforidua, Nov 03, GNA - Ofori Panin Secondary School at Kukurantumi on Wednesday scored 32 points to win the first prize at the finals of a special inter-schools quiz competition organized at Koforidua as part of activities marking the first Rural Banks'' Week in the Eastern Region.

The school, represented by Kwame Amagyei and Marcus Bentil, both final year students, was presented with a large size deep freezer. The Anum Presbyterian Secondary School, represented by Bright Danso and Ezekiel Kupualor, was second with 30 points and was presented with a 30-inch television set.

Nkawkaw Secondary School, represented by Alfred Asante and David Kyei, placed third with 25 points to win two million cedis cash to purchase books for the school library.Source:
