Ten clubs to compete in Mylik tourney
Accra, Nov 2, GNA - Ten academy clubs drawn within Ghana and Togo have been selected to participate in the third edition of the Mylik Classic U-19 Soccer tournament billed for between November 19-27. The annual event that would for the first time be staged at the Carl Reindord Stadium, Dansoman, has nine teams from Ghana and one from Togo.

The Kumasi Asante Kotoko youth team are the defending champions of the tourney, which is a grassroot football development programme aimed at providing young talented footballers the right exposure to showcase their skills.

The other teams are Nania FC, Liberty Academy (Togo), Liberty Academy (Ghana), Shweppes Academy, Polo Academy, Pepsi Academy, Frankfurt Academy, Tom Vernon Academy and Auroras, the junior team of Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Accra and the Kumasi stadia hosted the previous championship.Source:
