Group asks CHRAJ to hold on 10/13/2005
Friends of the Truth, a group set up to facilitate the return of former government advisor Gizelle Yajzi to give evidence on the Hotel Kufuor saga, is cautioning the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, CHRAJ to hold on to the report on its preliminary investigations into the case.

The group which is now known as the Truth Foundation says since the former government advisor, Gizelle Yajzi, is yet to give testimony, it is at a loss as to the kind of conclusions CHRAJ will come to.

The Coordinator of the Truth Foundation, Alhaji Bature Iddrisu told JOYNEWS that the matter needs to be resolved in a holistic manner.

CHRAJ boss, Anna Bossman said on Monday that the commission had finished with the preliminary investigations and would soon make the content public.

The Minority in Parliament believes CHARAJ is not the appropriate body to conduct the investigations into the matter.

They say Parliament is the legally mandated body to investigate the presidency.

Former government advisor, Gizelle Yajzi has alleged that Hotel Kufuor belongs to President Kufuor and not his son as Ghanaians are being made to believe.
