More friendlies for Satellites 10/13/2005
The national under-20 team, the Black Satellites, would play Fetteh Feyenoord at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Sunday as part of their build up to the four-nation West Africa Football Union (WAFU) tournament to be staged in Abuja next week.

The Satellites drew 2-2 with Kumasi Asante Kotoko in a similar friendly game last Sunday and yesterday drew 1-1 with Hearts of Oak yesterday.

And coach of the side, Francis Oti Akenteng, believes his charges need more of these encounters with premier league sides to prepare adequately for the tournament.

The team are also expected to take on Liberty Professionals after Sunday’s game.

Ghana face tough challenge from the Ivory Coast, Nigeria and the Gambia at the WAFU competition.
