Satellites Win 3-Nation Tourney 7/15/2012

Ghana’s Under-20 beat Egypt 3-0 in Accra on Thursday to win the three-nation tournament.
The Black Satellites needed to make amends after throwing a 2-0 lead against Namibia last Sunday to draw 2-2.
Heart of Lions striker Benjamin Fadi opened the scoring from the spot after a Ghanaian player was fouled in the penalty box.
Wa All Stars midfielder Seidu Salifu doubled the lead before the interval.
After recess, Latvia-based Patrick Twumasi added the third by connecting home a cross but the goal scorer minutes later saw red.
Ghana finished with four points, Namibia was second with two points and Egypt had one point.
The Black Satellites next assignment will be against Uganda in Kampala on July 27 in a 2013 African Youth Championship qualifier.
