Nancy Agyapong Sets A Record In Hollywood 3/25/2012
Hollywood is a home where all film makers would love to be as it’s the holy grail for those in the make belive industry. There’s no doubt that various production houses as well actors and actress (from the United States and beyond) fight so hard to get their break in Hollywood, making it the place to be with all the big money and mega deals flying around like nobody’s business.

So far Ghanaian-born Nancy Ama Agyapong, her breakthrough at landing a Hollywood role has set a record which might take years to be broken. The up and coming actress, whose first attempt at cracking Tinsel town landed her a lead role in a Hollywood movie reveals that “Faith has led her to the unexpected.”

Nancy’s first and only movie, “Money can buy almost everything” is the sub-title to DSK Unauthorized, a movie directed by Damian Chapa, a renowned Hollywood director. El Padrino, Trying to pull it, Dark Crossing, Bad Cop are some of the movies Chapa directed, as well as the Award winning horror flick, Death of Evil.

The movie stars Rico Chapa, Odette Warder, Ronnie Banerjee, Ron Millkie, Anthony P. Maida, Dr. Christine J. Svetina, Jeff Kennedy among other stars. Playing the lead role as Nafissatou Diallo, Nancy says she wouldn’t call herself a Hollywood star till the movie is out. The movie which was shot in the last quarter of 2011 is set to be premiered in about ninety days from now.

Speaking to HELLO! GH, Nancy expressed gratitude to God, her late mum who used to encourage her, Damian Chapa for giving her the opportunity, her recent wedded husband and GH actor Prince David Osei.
