Mawuse Appea, a student of the University of Ghana, Legon last Friday beat 22 other beautiful ladies to annex this year�s Miss Ghana crown.After proving herself by displaying remarkable acumen, inner beauty, good stage manners and articulacy at the final stages of the Miss Ghana event, which was held live at the National Theater in Accra, the judges had no other choice than to give her the coveted title. It was not obvious from the beginning as to which of the 22 ladies who mounted the stage that night could wear the crown.
