From the grave Mufty wins ‘Presenter’s Guide’ 7/16/2007
Fans of ‘Presenters Guide’ on TV3 were left in utter awe over the weekend when the five finalists (Turbo B, Andy Dusty, Delay, Black Rasta and Wofa K) decided to share the prize money and declare the late Mufty Dabre winner of the show.

Showing solidarity by sharing in the pain of a friend may be commendable, but many were left wondering whether declaring Mufty winner was the right thing to do.

“It doesn’t make sense,” an avid fan of the show said, wondering why the producers refused to give any consideration to the numerous public votes by text messaging.

The audience was filled with visible disgust by that decision.

A lady who was really appalled by the idea said in clear terms that Mufty was evicted from the show before he passed away so “it was not reasonable for the competitors to decide to do a dumb thing like that.”
