RIJSWIJK – Motorists'''' association ANWB expects the ''''evening'''' rush hour to start as early as noon on Friday. There is bad weather on the way with possible stormy conditions.
The school vacation starts in the southern part of the Netherlands today. It was already very busy around The Hague on Friday morning in connection with the Veterans'''' Day festivities.
