Ghana Telecom to reward excellence in GT League 6/23/2005
When the GT Premier League resumes this afternoon players will be striving for excellence in a bid to win one touch starter packs from sponsors Ghana Telecom.

The Professional League Board says the ‘player of the match’ award is a new motivational package that GT is introducing to promote quality performance in the league.

The chairman of the PLB, Welbeck Abra-Appiah, explains the modality for selecting the award winners.

Accra Hearts of Oak will face off with Ashanti Gold in the top of the table clash on match day nine at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko will square off with Bofoakwa Tano in Sunyani.

King Faisal will play host to Real Tamale United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi whilst Feyenoord Academy host Tema Real Sportive at the Swedru Sports Stadium.

In other matches, Berekum Arsenals will be on the road against Sekondi Hasaacas while Kade Hotspurs do battle with Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals at Kade.

At the Tema Sports Stadium, Power FC could find Okwawu United easy prey while Heart of Lions look good for a win at home against Ebusua Dwarfs at the same venue.
