AMSTERDAM - The new government is expected to be sworn in by Queen Beatrix at the Huis ten Bosch palace on Thursday.

Earlier that day the so-called constituent assembly will be held, the first meeting of the new government members. Later in the day Balkenende will conclude his activities as formateur and present his fourth government to the media.
