Hearts’ Taylor, Boafo for treatment in SA 2/6/2007
League leaders Accra Hearts of Oak will send two of their players Charles Taylor and Kwabena Boafo to South Africa this week for medical treatment.

The two have battled with injuries that have kept them out of action for several months.

The management has debunked rumors that Francis Bossman will no longer renew his contract.

A source hinted Joy Sports that the player has indeed signed an extension prior to signing a three year contract with the Phobians.

In a related development, the club has set up a seven man funeral committee to oversee the final funeral rites of the late Addo Odametey, a former Hearts of Oak and Black Stars Captain.

The team will mark the start of their mourning with red arm bands when they play Hasaacas this weekend on match day 22 of the One Touch Premier League.
