Bloemendaal has most expensive houses 1/26/2007

Bloemendaal was the most expensive place to buy a house in the Netherlands last year, estate agents association NVM said on Thursday. The average price of a home in the leafy town near Haarlem was €747,000, 15% up on 2005.

The cheapest place to buy was Reiderland in Groningen, where the average home cost just €124,300.
