Thursday 25 January 2007

Drunk drivers who are caught offending for the second time face automatically losing their licences if the Senate (Eerste Kamer) gives its backing to the plan. The government''s advisory group, Raad van State, has given its approval. Offenders would have to take a new driving test to get their licence back.
