Blind Musician Steals The Show 1/17/2007
Some audience at Kojo Antwi’s 24th December show who were not seen the 27-year-old blind female artist, but only heard the voice, thought, it was Kojo Antwi who was on stage.

Those who had a clear view of her could not help, but cheer her, with a good number of them showering money on her.

She sang Kojo’s songs just like it was him.

Addisa Nyankey, a product of Okuapeman Secondary School has learnt and is able to sing all Kojo Antwi songs, from his first album to his latest.

She was discovered during one of Kojo Antwi’s artist talent hunt at Takoradi.

"Addisa told this reporter in an interview after the show that she just love Kojo music and learn them.

If I have a producer, I would come out with my own songs. At the moment, I have only turned my songs on cassette as a trial but efforts to get a producer to assist me, has not been fruitful, I am therefore appealing to all who can help me do the recording or build the talents should kindly come to my aid.
