Summer camp murder suspect denies charges 1/11/2007
Thursday 11 January 2007

The man arrested in connection with the murder nine years ago of 11-year-old Nicky Verstappen has denied any involvement in the boy''s death. Nicky was taken from his tent while on a summer camp in 1998. The 36-year-old man will appear in court on Friday.

Meanwhile, a 45-year-old man has confessed to killing 12-year-old Suzanne Wisman whose body and bicycle were found in open countryside last month. At one point the man declared both he and Suzanne had been kidnapped. Forensic evidence is said to link the man''s camper van to the death
