| Hearts salutes new SWAG executives |

Accra (Gh) – 09 January 2007 – Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited
has congratulated the newly elected Executives of the Sports Writers
Association (SWAG).
The newly elected members are Messrs Ackah Anthony – President, Christian
Abbew – Vice President, Richard Avornyotse and William Ezah Secretary and
Assistant Secretary respectively.
The rest are Veronica Commey –Treasurer and George Lawson and Emmanuel
Amponsah – Executive members.
A statement signed Thomas Okine, Chief Executive Officers of Hearts said
“the outcome of the elections confirms the confidence and trust your
colleagues have in your collective abilities to take SWAG to greater
heights”.
It said “the election is a reward for your vision, dedication and devotion
to a just cause”.
The newly executives last Saturday took office and have a four year
mandate to run the affairs of the Association.GRi…/
