Danladi set for LIberty Professionals
Best Defender of the just-ended GT Premiership season, Sheriff Danladi is set for a move to Dansoman based Liberty Professionals when next season resumes in March.

The Feteh Feyenoord player who shrugged off the challenge from two experienced defenders Alhassan Illiasu and Issah Ahmed to win the Defender of the Year Award was initially linked with a move to Accra Hearts of Oak but as it is now it is Liberty Professionals who has won the signature of the player. A credible source at Feteh Feyenoord told CITI FM that all the knotty issues has been finalised and barring any last minute hitches, the player will be lacing his boots for Liberty Professionals next season.

Meanwhile, promising goalkeeper of Gomoa Feteh Feyenoord, Philemon McCarthy is reportedly going nowhere next season.

Reports earlier on linked him with a move outside the country but the ! best goalkeeper of last season during the PLB Awards will stay put at Feteh Feyenoord.
