Enterprise Insurance assures customers
Kumasi, Nov. 25, GNA - The management of Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC) on Thursday gave the assurance that the company has the financial strength to pay all genuine claims of its clients. Mr George Otoo, Managing Director of EIC, who gave the assurance, said the company which had been in existence since 1924, was very much resilient and capable of paying all genuine claims promptly to its clients.

Mr Otoo was s peaking at a clients'' appreciation day organized by the Ashanti regional office of the company for its customers in Kumasi. The occasion offered an opportunity to the management to interact with its customers, hear their problems and see how best they could be addressed to improve the services of the company. Mr Otoo said insurance was about paying genuine claims promptly to customers, adding that the company, which was a leader in the insurance industry, would continue to serve its customers better. He advised customers to always review their portfolios and assets in order to obtain higher yields for their investment. Mr Otoo called on customers of the company to join the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to enable them access quality medical care at affordable cost.

Mr Paul Ampadu-Yeboah, Ashanti Regional Manager of the company, thanked the customers for their continued support to the company. He said the occasion was to thanked the customers and seek their views on the operations of the company.Source:
